Your miles will show as pending in your account until your order ships; most orders will ship the same day (orders placed Monday to Friday before 5.30pm; excluding bank holidays), after which your miles will be added into your account and available to redeem!

Yes! All members get extra birthday miles that will become available during their birthday month! You can add your birthday once and you cannot change it.

You need to be a member of loyalty program. Once you sign up, you can refer a friend. By this referral your friend will receive a £5 voucher. Once they place an order and the order is shipped, you will receive a £5 voucher. Expiration date of the £5 voucher for a friend is 6 month. Expiration date of the £5 voucher for a person referring is 30days.

Balance on your account changes if you cancel or return the order.

The miles you earn are valid for 12 months and will contribute toward your tier status. If you accumulate enough points to reach a certain tier status, it will be honored for 12 months, even if you choose to spend your miles.

Your tier status is determined by your spending over the past 12 months. For example, if you spend less than £300, you will be assigned the Skincare Starter status. Additionally, your loyalty points will convert into miles, with 1 point equaling 1 mile earned.

When you log into your account, a pop-up will appear displaying your current miles balance.

Log in to your Skinsider account. Click the Skinsider Rewards icon at the bottom left of the screen or the redeem button on this page. Create a discount voucher which you can use during checkout.

Orders placed as a guest or historical orders made before joining the loyalty program will not be included in your loyalty points balance.

Once you place an order, you'll notice a pending miles balance associated with your purchase. These miles remain pending until your order is processed or shipped. Upon dispatch, your miles status will switch to approved and become available for use. Should you opt to cancel or return your order, your miles status will change to cancelled, and the total balance will be adjusted accordingly.

The gift is available to tier 2 and 3 members as a reward for reaching a new tier. You can redeem it with your first order after being upgraded to the next level tier.
