COVID-19 Update

AN UPDATE FROM SKINSIDER

The current pandemic of the  Covid-19 is a cause of concern for everyone.
I would like to ensure that the welfare of all our customers and employees is our priority. As we are approaching to the second lockdown in the UK, we are ready to process the order without any disruptions.

From the very beginning, we have taken steps to ensure that Skinsider continues the operations without any changes where possible. We are committed to offering you exceptional products and services without any disruptions.

All members of our Customer Service and Sales Team are still working remotely to minimise the risk of office-based cross-infection.

The personnel responsible for the order processing is working in masks and surgical gloves and their body temperature is being checked every day. Social distancing is in place.

We will continue to monitor the situation and act according to Government recommendations. We are ready to make any necessary changes to the process if required.

Please take care and stay safe.
We're here when you need us.
Karolina and Skinsider Team

Please note we are operating as usual and orders placed before 6.30 pm BST between Monday- Friday are being shipped the same day!

UK DELIVERY

The majority of letters and parcels within the UK are delivered on time, however, there might be some delays with a small number of deliveries. All carriers are working with reduced staffing to comply with government guidance throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and due to these measures, the services may be affected. Please note that some depos are more impacted than others. We are working closely with Royal Mail to ensure all parcels are delivered as soon as possible.

Please note the latest update from Royal Mail in reference to the deliveries: ” Due to the current coronavirus situation, we’re no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. We’ll still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery. Find out more at www.royalmail.com/coronavirus. “

From 2 May Royal Mail will temporarily no longer deliver letters on a Saturday. They will continue to provide a letter delivery service from Monday to Friday as normal. The majority of parcel services will be delivered on a Saturday including 1st and 2nd Class Parcels, Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48, Royal Mail Tracked Returns, Special Delivery Guaranteed and International tracked services.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Due to challenges created by COVID-19 and Brexit, there may be slight delays in deliveries.
