As a toner: Shake gently the bottle and spray your face after cleansing keeping the bottle in a distance of 15cm. You can use it for a 7 skin method. Just spray your face, pat it gently. Repeat it up to 7 times. As a mist during the day: This mist can be applied to makeup.
