With Hydrium Synergy-8 Complex which consists of six types of hyaluronic acids, d-panthenol, and allantoin, COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner fills up the skin with moisture and helps it keep hydrated for a long time.

We love this toner as it can be used in many ways. You can use this toner to wipe away residue after cleansing and when you pat onto your skin. In addition, if your skin feels extra dry and heated, you can soak the cotton pads with this toner and use it as a toner sheet mask.
