Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 21-day return service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

All items must be returned to us in a sellable condition. These must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

When and if returning your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:

  • To comply with EU hygiene regulations cosmetic products may only be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately, we will not accept any opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles. Please note: this includes breaking any sealed external packaging.
  • We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in sellable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to return the goods within 21 days, you are expected to return also any special gifts, mini products you received with the order which are part of any special marketing events. Otherwise, you will be charged for the products as advertised in special offer.

Any replacements are not subject to returns  unless damaged.

Please print and fill in the Returns Form. Please also make sure you include the form with the returned items.

Note: B2B transactions are not subject to our returns policy.

Final note, we highly recommend taking confirmation from the courier that the return was shipped in case if your parcel is lost.
Your refund will be processed once the warehouse staff inspects the returned products.
