DELIVERY MONITORING & MANAGING
As all our parcels are fully tracked, they allow customers to manage their delivery. This includes scheduling delivery on a different date, selecting a safe place or a neighbour where the parcel can be delivered, and providing instructions on where the parcel should not be left. Otherwise, the courier may leave the parcel in an unwanted place.

UK WAREHOUSE
Orders placed before 3pm BST are being processed the same day!
We are processing our orders Monday to Friday in our UK- based warehouse.
All deliveries are counted in working days.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed at the warehouse on Monday. Deliveries are counted in working days and are taking place during working days.
The majority of letters and parcels within the UK are delivered on time, however, there might be some delays with a small number of deliveries.

UK orders are sent via Evri, Royal Mail, UPS or DPD.
Order placed before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 3 pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Our warehouse is working Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday evening (after 3pm) and on Saturday and Sunday are being packed and dispatched on Monday.
** The estimated delivery time for the Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days. This service is not guaranteed, however, the majority of orders (98.5%) are received within 2-3 working days.
Expedited service: The estimated delivery is within 1-2 working day from dispatch.

Please note DPD delivery takes between 3-7 working days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS
If wrong shipping details are provided during the checkout and the parcel is returned to us as a result of this mistake, we will deduct shipping cost applicable to the order. The refund will be processed once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
If any of our customers requests to leave the parcel in an unattended place, Skinsider do not take responsibility for any damage or lost products/ parcels after the delivery.
EXTRA NOTES
International delivery normally takes 3-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE: the delivery may be impacted by bank holidays within the UK and in a country, the parcel is shipped to. We do not work during weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.
In addition, we do not take responsibility for any local customs charges that may arise in any of the countries outside the UK or EU.
